Nepal Himalaya is one of the best places for Trekking. Many trekking regions and routs are identified in hilly and mountain region of Nepal. The popular trekking regions of Nepal are The Everest Region, Annapurna Region and The Langtang Region. Other trekking area of Nepal is Kanchanjangha trekking, Makalu Trekking, Rollwalling Trekking, Manaslu Trekking, Dhaulagiri Trekking, Dolpo Trekking, Rara Lake Trekking etc. The attractions of each region is different in terms of Mountains, Peaks, Rivers, Wild life, Flora and fauna, people and Culture. So, trekking region depends upon your interest.
Trekking in Nepal, being in the Himalaya; that is dream world for many. Once experienced they can never be forgotten, never dismissed from memory. Nepal is the Kingdom of the snows with the highest mountain Everest and many beautiful mountains. Nepal has a unique feature in the world as geography climate, flora and fauna, history and culture, people and living style. Before planning for trekking in Nepal, you have to know that what is your interest or where you want to trek. Annapurna region is the most popular trekking zone in Nepal and Everest region is second. There is easy access to be in Annapurna region. You can go by airplane or bus and there is many trekking route from easier to difficult. But in Everest region you have to go by airplane or more a week on foot and starts Everest region or also called Khumbu Trekking. There is no road access for Everest Trekking till now. And another Langtang region is north nearby Kathmandu, capital city of Nepal. After half day drive from Kathmandu, langtang trekking begins. Nepal is small in geography but it has many places to visit. It is somewhere easier and somewhere very difficult trekking. Somewhere you need tent and fully equipment, everything you have to manage yourself.

Kathmandu Durbar Square
It is historic seat of royalty. It is here that kings of Nepal are crowned and their coronations celebrated. Kathmandu’s most impressive sight, Durbar Square, is crowded with ancient temples and palaces reflecting the religious and cultural life of the people. It is also home to Kathmandu’s Kumari, or ‘living goddess’, a young girl believed to be a reincarnation of the goddess Durga. It was listed in the UNESCO world Heritage Monument list is 1979.

For adventure seekers, rafting is the perfect way for an extended adventure on the river to get your adrenaline pumping to a new high. Nepal has some of the best rivers for rafting. Rafting trips for some is the highlight of their stay in Nepal. The waters in Nepal offer something for everybody: Grade 5-5+ rivers with raging white water rapids for the adventurous, to Grade 2-3 rivers with a few rapids for novices. Rafters also have a choice ranging from two to three day trips to trips of two or three weeks. Paddling is a fun way to enjoy the trip as well as bonding with fellow rafters.
